Drafting or reviewing a consortium agreement means a translation from project to agreement in terms of IPR and dissemination strategies as well as the project and financial management. This workshop addresses the basic legal principals of the Grant Agreement and the consortium’s freedom to make their own arrangement. We will demonstrate effective methods of adjusting existing consortium agreement models to fit your FP7 project.
